SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order Processing:
Feels processes and ships all orders from Bucharest, Romania. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM GMT+2. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Processing Time:
Our processing time is 3-14 business days. Some of our products are made-to-order and may not be in stock, which can affect the processing time.
Shipping Times:
- Domestic orders: Processed and shipped within 3-14 business days.
- International orders: Processed and shipped within 3-14 business days.
- Orders are shipped via Sameday Courier for domestic deliveries (next-day delivery), and FedEx for international deliveries. Transit times for international orders may vary by location.
Free Shipping:
- Free shipping on orders above 1000 Ron on domestic orders within Romania.

Note: Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is shipped. While we aim to meet the stated delivery time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond the indicated time frame.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the EU, local taxes, customs duties, and import fees may apply, depending on the destination country. The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for any such fees.
If you refuse a shipment, you will still be responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any applicable import fees, and the cost of returning the package to Feels.
